Guidelines
The official form is an online application, available on the
SWKLS website, that can only be submitted through the submit
feature. No hard copy form is available. If you have problems
submitting the form contact a system tech person for assistance.
One hardware type or software title per grant request.
Public libraries in taxing counties and those who contract
for two or more services, one service being Consulting, will be
eligible.
Public libraries are limited to two awards per year. The
Technology Committee reserves the right to consider exceptions.

General Information:
SWKLS will grant awards up to $200 based on the
funds available and prior grant awards.
Emergency situations will be reviewed and awarded as
they occur and non-emergency grants will be reviewed and granted
monthly. |
